Four fixes, and how to tell which one your business needs first

Start with the leak closest to the money. For most Coquitlam owners that is unanswered calls or slow quotes; visibility and tracking come next, because they only pay off once enquiries are being handled well.

Pick the fix that sits closest to a paying customer. A missed call or a late quote loses someone who had already chosen to contact you, so those leaks cost more per incident than a weak search ranking does. The four services below are listed in the order we most often tackle them, though your baseline numbers decide the real order.

  • Missed-call recovery

Measure how many callers never reach a person, then put a text-back, routing and callback routine in place so they stop going to the next name on Google.

  • Faster quotes and follow-up

Cut the gap between a site visit or enquiry and a written quote, and add a follow-up rhythm so open quotes stop dying quietly.

  • Local visibility repair

Fix the profile, listing and website problems that keep a good Coquitlam business invisible to people searching nearby.

  • Lead tracking you can trust

One honest record of where every enquiry came from, what it was worth and what happened next, so spending decisions stop being guesses.

Missed-call recovery

Start here if your phone regularly rings out while you or your staff are on a job, with a patient or at the counter. The fix covers call routing, an automatic text reply to missed callers, a callback routine with a named owner and a weekly count of calls lost.

Signs this is your first problem:

  • you see missed calls from numbers you don't recognise and never call them back
  • voicemail fills up during busy weeks in spring and late autumn
  • customers say "I tried calling" when they finally reach you

Read the full missed-call recovery page for what is included and how we measure it.

Faster quotes and follow-up

Start here if callers do reach you but the work still slips away between the visit and the signature. We map the steps from first enquiry to written quote, remove the waits, build reusable quote templates and set a follow-up sequence for quotes still open after two and seven days.

Signs this is your first problem:

  • quotes are written in the evening, when the owner has time
  • you don't know how many quotes are currently open, or their total value
  • customers accept a competitor's price you think was higher

The quote-speed page explains the work step by step.

Local visibility repair

Start here if enquiries are handled well but there simply aren't enough of them, and your competitors show up on the map when you don't. We audit and fix the Google Business Profile, listing consistency, review routine and the website pages that support local searches.

Signs this is your first problem:

  • you don't appear in the map results for your main service plus "Coquitlam"
  • your business name, phone or hours differ between Google, your website and directories
  • your last new review is months old

See local visibility repair for the checklist we work through.

Lead tracking you can trust

Start here, or run it alongside any other fix, if nobody can say where last month's work came from. We set up call tracking where it makes sense, tag website enquiries, and build one simple record of each lead's source, value and outcome.

Signs this is your first problem:

  • your ad platform reports conversions but your calendar doesn't feel busier
  • staff record leads in different places, or not at all
  • you renew directory or ad spending because cancelling feels risky

The lead tracking page covers the setup and the monthly review.

A quick way to choose

If you are unsure, answer three questions with real numbers from last month:

  1. How many calls did you receive, and how many went unanswered?
  2. How many days, on average, passed between an enquiry and a written quote?
  3. Of your ten largest jobs or customers, can you name where each came from?

If the second number in question 1 is above one in five, start with missed calls. If question 2 is more than two working days, start with quotes. If you couldn't answer question 3, start with tracking. If all three look fine but volume is low, visibility is the place to begin. Our guides show how to collect these numbers yourself.

How the fixes connect to SAZ.ca engagements

Each fix can run as a small piece of work on its own. When several need doing together, or when automation and AI tools are part of the answer, the work fits one of the SAZ.ca engagements: a 90-day Revenue Acceleration sprint, AI consulting, or strategy and executive advisory. The pricing page explains how scope is agreed, and the contact page tells you what to send first.

Frequently asked questions

Can we do all four at once?

You can, but we rarely advise it. Fixing several things in the same month makes it hard to tell which change moved the number, so we sequence them and measure each one.

Which fix pays back fastest?

Usually missed-call recovery, because those customers already wanted you and the change is small. Quote speed is often second. Visibility work takes longer to show up in search.

Do we need new software?

Not usually. Most fixes use the phone system, scheduling tool and Google accounts you already have. If a tool genuinely can't do the job, we explain why before recommending anything.

Is this the same as hiring a marketing agency?

No. We fix specific problems and hand back a working routine. If you then want campaigns run month after month, that is a different kind of service.
