Tell us what's broken, in one or two sentences

Call, text or email (604) 632-4959 or Ali@Sedighi.ca. Describe the symptom, your business and the Coquitlam areas you serve; a senior partner reads it and replies, usually within one business day.

The quickest way to start is to call, text or email and describe the problem in a sentence or two. Our number for both calls and texts is (604) 632-4959, and our email is Ali@Sedighi.ca. A senior partner reads every message.

What happens next

  1. You reach out

Call, text or email with a line about your business.

  2. We reply

Usually within one business day, on the channel you chose.

  3. You talk to a senior strategist

A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.

When we're available

Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day.

If you text or email outside those hours, your message waits in order and is answered on the next business day. If you'd rather talk, a short text saying "please call me" with a good time works well.

What to include in your first message

You don't need a brief, but these details help us reply with something useful:

  1. Your business and trade. For example, a three-person electrical contractor, a physiotherapy clinic or a specialty food shop.
  2. Where you work. The Coquitlam neighbourhoods or nearby cities you serve. Our areas page lists them by district.
  3. The symptom. One sentence on what feels wrong: calls going unanswered, quotes going out late, low visibility or unclear numbers. The services overview can help you name it.
  4. Any rough numbers. Calls a week, days to quote, monthly ad spend. Estimates are fine.
  5. What you've tried. Previous agencies, tools or changes, and what happened.

A template you can copy

Fill in the brackets and send it as a text or email:

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name], a [type of business] serving [Coquitlam neighbourhoods or cities]. Our main problem is [one-sentence symptom]. Roughly, we get [number] enquiries a week and [rough figure, e.g. number of missed calls or days to quote]. We've tried [what you've tried]. You can reach me most easily on [days and times].

That is plenty to start. If you only have time for the first two sentences, send those.

What happens next

Here is the sequence after you get in touch:

  1. Reply. A senior partner replies, usually within one business day, to arrange a time to talk.
  2. Consultation. A complimentary, confidential consultation with a senior partner, by phone. We ask about the symptom, your records and your team.
  3. Baseline plan. If it makes sense to go further, we explain what we'd measure and for how long, and which records we'd need.
  4. Written proposal. The scope, timeline, fee plus 5% GST for Canadian clients, and terms, all in writing. You decide in your own time.

If after the consultation we think the problem isn't one we can fix well, we'll say so and, where we can, suggest what kind of help would suit you better.

What we won't do with your message

Your message is used to understand the problem and reply to you, nothing else. We don't add you to any promotional list, and we only send messages to people who contacted us first. If you'd rather we kept the conversation to one channel, say so and we will.

If your problem turns out to be outside what we fix, for example a legal question about a contract or a technical fault with equipment, we'll tell you that plainly instead of stretching the scope to fit.

Before you contact us: a five-minute check

If you want something useful even before we talk, try this today. Open your phone's call history for the last seven days and count:

  • the calls you received from numbers you don't recognise
  • how many of those you didn't answer
  • how many of those you never called back

Write the three numbers down. If the third number is more than one or two, missed calls are likely costing you work every week. Our missed-call leak test guide turns that quick check into a proper week-long measurement, and the FAQ answers common questions about scope and ownership.

Frequently asked questions

Should we call or text?

Whichever suits you. A call is good if you'd like to talk it through. A text or email is good if you're on a job and want to send the details now and talk later.

What happens after we get in touch?

A senior partner reads your message and replies, usually within one business day, to arrange the complimentary, confidential consultation. Nothing is sold in that first reply.

Do we need numbers ready before the first conversation?

No. A symptom is enough. If you have rough figures, such as calls a week or days to quote, they help, but we can work them out together.

Is what we tell you kept confidential?

Yes. The first consultation is confidential, and we only use what you share to understand and scope the problem.

Can we meet at our business?

Yes. We can meet in person or by video call, and we also work by phone, text and email. The review itself happens in your records and accounts.
