Coquitlam.Solutions is a consulting practice built around one idea: find the specific point where a small business loses customers, measure it and fix it. The practice belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, a Canadian company whose head office is in Vancouver, British Columbia, and Ali Sedighi, MBA, leads it.
Why a problem-first practice
Most owners don't need a new strategy; they need one thing to stop going wrong. When we ask Coquitlam owners what feels broken, the answers are concrete: the phone rings out, quotes go out late, nobody finds them on the map, or the numbers in the reports don't match the calendar. Those four problems are what this practice is built to fix.
Working this way has three benefits for you:
- The scope stays small. You pay for the fix you need, not a bundle of services you didn't ask for.
- Success is easy to judge. Every engagement starts with a baseline number and ends by comparing against it.
- You keep the routine. We hand back a working process, with notes, so your team can run it without us.
See the services overview for the four fixes and how to choose between them.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali Sedighi leads Coquitlam.Solutions. His degree is an MBA in Technology Management. His career spans 17+ years: in 2007 he started ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency, and he has worked on growth problems ever since. He now lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Since then he has founded two more businesses: MyAutomation.ca and Conv.ca, the second of which specialises in turning website visitors into enquiries. At SAZ.ca he serves as Founder and Managing Partner. His work has served clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai, and his team has built 150+ live HVAC websites, including CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca, Roma Heating & Cooling and BoilerPart.ca.
That background matters for this site in a specific way. Conversion work teaches you to count what happens after the click: who called, who got answered, who received a quote and who paid. That habit of counting is the core of every fix here.
Where we sit in the group
The Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group has two halves. On one side sits Sedighi.ca, which does Ali's growth, marketing and technology consulting through brands such as HVAC.Agency, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca. On the other is SAZ.ca, the Strategy & Acceleration Zone, a Canadian firm that consults on strategy, AI and revenue growth under Sedighi.ca's strategic leadership.
Coquitlam.Solutions belongs to the SAZ.ca side. When a fix grows beyond one problem, it can become one of SAZ.ca's engagements: a 90-day Revenue Acceleration sprint, AI consulting, or strategy and executive advisory. The pricing page explains how those are scoped.
How we work
Every engagement follows the same four stages, whatever the problem.
- Listen. A complimentary, confidential consultation with a senior partner. You describe the symptom in your own words.
- Measure. We set a baseline from your own records, usually over one or two weeks.
- Fix. We set up the change with you, or brief the vendor you already use, so we don't rebuild things that work.
- Check. We measure again, compare against the baseline and adjust. If a fix didn't help, we say so in writing.
We work from Vancouver and don't run a Coquitlam office. Consultations are available in person or by video call, as well as by phone, text and email; your evidence lives in call logs, quote records and online accounts, which we can review from anywhere.
What we don't do
Clear limits help you judge whether we are the right fit.
- We don't do trade work. We never install, repair or service anything for your customers.
- We don't give legal, accounting or privacy-compliance advice. Where rules such as Canada's anti-spam law or BC's privacy law are relevant, we point to the official source and suggest you confirm with your own adviser.
- We don't promise rankings, lead counts or revenue. We promise a measured baseline, a written diagnosis and an honest comparison afterwards.
- We don't publish praise quotes or invent case studies. Our measured results come from our HVAC work and are labelled that way on the results page.
Who we work with
Our clients are owner-run Coquitlam businesses: trades such as plumbers, electricians, roofers, renovators and landscapers, and local businesses such as clinics, auto shops, tutoring centres, salons and specialty retailers. If that sounds like you, the contact page explains what to send first, and the areas page shows how we read each part of the city.
Frequently asked questions
Who will we actually talk to?
The first conversation is with a senior partner, and Ali Sedighi leads the practice. You won't be passed to a junior account manager for the diagnosis.
How is this different from SAZ.ca?
It is the same group. SAZ.ca is the strategy, AI and revenue acceleration firm; Coquitlam.Solutions applies that work to the specific, everyday problems of Coquitlam's small businesses.
Are you a marketing agency?
Not in the usual sense. We don't sell an ongoing monthly campaign by default. We diagnose and fix specific leaks, and we hand back routines your team can run.
Do you work with businesses outside Coquitlam?
The group works across Canada. This site focuses on Coquitlam and the neighbouring Tri-Cities so the examples and advice stay local.
